Hi Happy Backers,
Most of you have received the game, and we want to thank you for all your great feedback. We also know that some backers haven't got Block Happy yet in certain countries, due to ongoing Covid delays. These are taking much longer than normal and we are constantly asking for updates from our Asian fulfilment centre. You are not forgotten, and we want to thank you for your patience.

We're excited to let you know that you can now to buy additional copies of BLOCK HAPPY and other happy products on our new website www.blockhappy.com. The perfect Christmas present that will be sent from the UK and delivered world wide in 3-10 days depending on where you are. Yippee - The games have arrived in the UK

Hi Happy Backers,
We are overjoyed and excited to say that yesterday a lot of games arrived in the UK. They look amazing!
So now an update on what's happening next:
US BACKERS: Many of you have already, and are still receiving your games. It honestly makes us feel so happy to hear your wonderful feedback on Instagram/Facebook, and on messages.
UK BACKERS: Now the games are in the UK these are being fulfilled in the next few days and you should receive them beginning of next week.
EU BACKERS: Specifically: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria, Lithuania, Cyprus, Denmark, Portugal, Slovakia, Malta, Hungary, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Latvia, Bulgaria, Poland: These are also being fulfilled this week and you should receive them in the next 2-3 weeks.
Other: Switzerland, Czech Republic, Norway, Romania, Serbia: These are being fulfilled next week and you should received them in the next 2-3 weeks.
CANADIAN BACKERS: These will be fulfilled in the next 2 weeks and you should receive your games by mid October.
AUSTRALIA BACKERS: We are currently speaking to the fulfilment company as there is a delay in sending these parcels. We will notify you as soon as we know more.
NEW ZEALAND BACKERS: Most of these have been delivered or will be soon.
ASIA BACKERS: Singapore: Some parcels have been delayed and we are looking into this. Others should be with you in the next 2 weeks. China: You should receive this in the next week. Japan: These have all been delivered. Thailand: You should receive these in the next 2-3 weeks. Hong Kong: You should receive these in the next 2-3 weeks. Taiwan: You should receive these in the next 2-3 weeks. Indonesia: You should receive these in the next 2-3 weeks. Philippines: You should receive these by mid October. Korea: These have been delivered. Malaysia: Most of these have been delivered or will be soon.
REST OF WORLD BACKERS: Israel: Most of these have been delivered or will be soon. Turkey: These have been delivered. Brunei - We can't ship these at the moment due to the Corona Virus. Shipping update

Hi Happy Backers,
We wanted to give you the latest news on when you should receive your games. It wasn't enough that we produced a game during Brexit and a global pandemic, causing plenty of delay and extra cost. So, after a large quantity of games were sent to a fulfilment centre in China, nature thought that a typhoon should hit the area of the fulfilment centre causing huge power failures (no we are not joking).
However (cue the optimistic hopeful card), today we have been told that they are back on track to start sending games at the beginning of next week. So, all backers living in the following countries: USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Malaysia, Israel, Turkey and Brunei should receive your game and additional items in the next 2-4 weeks. They will be sending out emails with a tracking number from the beginning of next week, so please look out for this and check your spam. (We are using VFI Asia)
For all the other backers in the UK, EU and Rest of World, the games have been sailing on the ocean for over 2 weeks and should be arriving in the UK in the first week of September. From there, and after customs clearance, a week later the games will be fulfilled, and we'll send you more more details.

Happiness is coming....

Hi Happy Backers,
Great news! All of the Block Happy games are now making their way either to a very large ship in China, sailing to the UK over the next 35 days, or travelling to our game fulfilment centre in China as we speak. The mass production copy looks stunning, and we can't wait for you to get your hands on happiness in the coming weeks.
To best answer when you are likely to receive your copy depends on where you are in the world and the further challenges we are facing due to the Corona virus shipping surcharges and postal delays in certain countries.
So below we have outlined the various countries we are shipping/fulfilling to and the estimated time frame to receive your game.
REALLY IMPORTANT!
Backers living in the following countries will be the first to receive the games as these are being fulfilled from China by air freight. So look out for an email in the next few days to confirm your shipping address. If you need to change it, you'll have 48 hours to do so.
FULFILLED FROM CHINA: USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Malaysia, Israel, Turkey, Brunei. We estimate that you should have your games, stickers and enamel pins by the end of August!
India (PLEASE NOTE: CURRENTLY NOTHING CAN BE POSTED TO INDIA DUE TO THE CORONA VIRUS. IT WILL BE HELD AT THE FULFILMENT CENTRE UNTIL WE CAN POST THE GAMES TO YOU.)
What about the rest of the backers?
United Kingdom: Your game is on a boat, arriving to the UK by the end of August. Once it does we estimate you should have your game etc by mid September.
EU: Specifically: France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Austria, Lithuania, Cyprus, Denmark, Portugal, Slovakia, Malta, Hungary, Finland, Sweden, Greece, Latvia, Bulgaria, Poland: Your game is on a boat, arriving to the UK by the end of August. Once it does we estimate you should have your game etc by late September.
Other: Switzerland, Czech Republic, Norway, Romania, Serbia: Your game is on a boat, arriving to the UK by the end of August. Once it does we estimate you should have your game etc by late September.
Canada: Your game is on a boat, arriving to the UK by the end of August. Once it does we'll be sending them on to a US game fulfilment centre, who will post them to Canada. We estimate you should have your game by late September.
Rest of World: Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago, Chile: Your game is on a boat, arriving to the UK by the end of August. Once it arrives, we estimate you should have your game etc by late September, but because of the Corona virus, these times could vary.
We are keeping our fingers crossed for some smooth sailing happiness from now on. Once the games land in the UK, then we'll update you again, as we'll need to lock down more addresses.
In the meantime, we just wanted to say thanks for your patience and we are super happy with the emotional creatures, and all the elements of the game and extra pledge items.
